Comfort Measures & Natural Pain Relief Options for Labor and Birth. This is a hands-on, in-person class for pregnant people and a designated partner. Explore your individual preferences and work directly with your support person. Fee $115.00 (4- hour class, with a 30 min lunch break), enrollment is for two people. This class is helpful regardless of where you intend to give birth, with or without medications for pain relief (note: medications for pain relief are covered in a separate class). -Light snacks and refreshments provided. Bring your own sack lunch (if desired). -Wear comfortable clothing for light activity. -Bring a yoga/exercise mat (or beach towel) and yoga ball, we have a few we can share during class if you do not have one.
