At OHMI Midwives, we believe that preparation for childbirth is key to having a positive and empowering experience. Our childbirth education series is designed with your unique needs in mind, providing you with the knowledge and tools you need to make informed choices throughout your pregnancy and birth journey. A mix of virtual and in-person classes will help you build community and connect with other parents in your area. Our independent and inclusive approach covers six different topics. You’ll also receive follow-up emails with additional resources/handouts for each class. Let us help you prepare for the birth of your child with confidence and excitement. Pricing: OPTION 1: $180 for Class One and Two ONLY OPTION 2: Entire six-class series to include 18 hours of education, for just $340. ($170.00 savings). The Class series includes: Class One: Anatomy/& Physiology pf Birth, Holistic & Clinical Stages of Labor (virtual) Class Two: Natural Comfort Measures & Pain Relief for Labor (in-person) Class Three: Shared Decision-Making, Evidence-Based Care, Interventions Birth Trends (virtual) Class Four: Lactation & Infant Feeding Options (virtual) Class Five: Postpartum Healing (virtual) Class Six: Normal Newborn Care (virtual) Alternate Bonus class "Birth Plans" if unable to attend in-person Comfort Measures class
