Intrauterine Insemination Services
Service Description
At Home IUI, first in cycle: $250 for washed sperm, add $50 for unwashed sperm requiring preparation ● 30-minute home visit within the service area, providing intrauterine insemination with washed sperm, add 30 minutes for unwashed sperm preparation. At Home IUI, second in same cycle: $150 washed sperm, add $50 for unwashed sperm requiring prep ● 30-minute home visit providing second IUI with washed sperm specimen, add 30 minutes for unwashed sperm preparation. IUI Hours of Service: 8 am-8 pm Unless requested by the midwife, IUI services outside regular hours incur an additional fee of $25 Service Area: in-home service within 30 minutes of Toledo, Ohio. Clients outside of the service area may receive services in our office, or have the option of paying a travel fee for home care of $50
Cancellation Policy
As midwives we are occasionally called to births unexpectedly, should this occur and look as if it may interfere with your scheduled appointment, we will attempt to reach out at and inform you of any schedule changes at our earliest convenience. Thank you in advance for understanding
