Initial Preconception Visit: 60 minutes with 3 months of follow-up care (does not include midwifery care for pregnancy), $250 ● Initial visit: Review and discussion of your medical history, ordering and evaluating lab work to screen for common causes of infertility and ways to boost your optimal health to achieve pregnancy, education and support on cycle tracking, discussion and resources on how to boost your fertility through diet and lifestyle ● Follow-up care: Evaluation of fertility charting and timing, phone and email availability during business hours for discussion. Clients can expect a response to contact within 48-72 hours. Follow-up Preconception Visit (outside of 3-month care window), 60 minutes $150 ● In-person or video call: Review and discuss cycle tracking, review recent health, review and discuss diet, stress, and lifestyle, and provide support for fertility-promoting changes, ordering and evaluating lab work, and assist in creating a new plan to support fertility and achieve pregnancy ● One additional 15-minute follow-up: Evaluation of charting timing, labs, etc, phone and email availability during business hours for discussion. Clients can expect a response to contact within 48-72 hours.
